About Us: When our daughter Maya was born in February 2003, we always viewed her birthday as the beginning of our "New" Year. Little did we know how much she would change from month to month and how quickly those months would pass. As her first birthday approached we found ourselves reflecting on all that she had accomplished and grown in just one year. We also found ourselves reflecting on how far we had come as parents. All the firsts we had accomplished together (sleepless nights, smiles, laughs, emerging teeth, frustration and joy) seemed to pass by more quickly than anything we had ever experienced. The one thing that kept us grounded and peaceful were the countless pictures we took during her first year. The idea for these frames comes from the many changing faces of Maya in her first precious year of life. A time we will never forget and will always hold so close to our hearts. So, whether your baby is born in January or July, you will always have a special way to commemorate each monthly milestone. Happy "New" Year! |
